CareCredit

A convenient, monthly payment program for yourself and your family specifically designed

to pay for healthcare expenses not covered by insurance including co-payments, deductibles, and elective treatment and care.

Health Insurance

We accept most major insurance. The patient is responsible for any fees not covered by

their insurance, including deductibles, co-payments, coinsurances, etc.

Personal Injury

In the unfortunate event of a motor vehicle accident or a slip and fall injury, our expertly trained staff will explain everything you need in order to have a clear understanding of your rights. In most cases you will have a third-party responsible for your claims, and commonly no out of pocket payment is necessary. In the case of an injury, it is critical to consult your chiropractor immediately, so we can determine the severity of the injury and provide the most appropriate care.

Worker’s Compensation

If you suffer from an on-the-job injury, you have the right to chiropractic care. After reporting an injury to the proper risk manager, be sure to notify him or her that you intend to consult your chiropractor.

Once you notify us of the injury, we will contact the proper insurance representative in order to pre-certify your care. Worker’s Compensation follows a specific fee schedule and your employer’s insurance company is fully responsible for your claims.

Cash

Many patients have no or severely limited chiropractic insurance coverage, and therefore are considered to be a cash patient.
