Hello friend, I’m Dr. Dan Schuldt. Welcome to the Schuldt Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center website. I truly appreciate you for choosing to visit us. Please allow me to share a bit about myself. I was raised in a small town called Audubon, Iowa. After graduating from high school in 1981, I attended Buena Vista College in Storm Lake, Iowa. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in biology, I packed up all my belongings in my Mercury Bobcat and moved to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. I graduated second in my class, summa cum laude with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1987.

Before I attended chiropractic college, I knew very little about chiropractic and health. To me being healthy was not having a cold, or not having any pains in other words, if I felt o.k. I must be healthy. And if by chance I did start having some symptoms, I would run and get an aspirin and I would get healthy again. Luckily in my undergraduate education I was introduced to a chiropractor who opened my eyes, he showed me that just because I had no symptoms doesn’t mean that I was healthy. He taught me that true health comes from within. That your body has the inborn intelligence to heal and regulate itself. And that chiropractic assists your body in expressing its fullest potential. Needless to say, these ideas changed my life. I was so impressed with these “new” ideas that I decided to go to chiropractic school myself.

I’ve now been in private practice in Hastings since October of 1987, and I love serving others as a doctor of chiropractic. To have the honor of helping families achieve their health goals is both exciting and fulfilling.

My wife, Brittini and I live on acreage outside of Hastings with our children Heather, Brice, Whitney and Logan. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. I feel that having a strong family is the most important asset that a person can have. And by seeking care at our clinic you become one of our chiropractic family members. And as a family member you will be treated with respect, sincerity and compassion.
